The SPJNE extends its most sincere condolences to the family of Massachusetts State Rep. Peter Vincent “Pete” Kocot. Chairman Kocot died February 21 after a brief illness. Chairman Kocot was an advocate for strengthening transparency through public record and open meeting laws and a champion for the most recent updates in the law. He was 61.
