SPJ is holding is free webinar, Coding 102: Intermediate Web Coding, Basic HTML and CSS on Wednesday, January 14 at 1 p.m. Eastern;

You understand how the Internet works, but now you’d like to start building something. You’ll learn basic HTML and CSS, as well as learn some of the tricks of the journalistic Web development world, such as reading other people’s code and testing code in your browser.

The trainer is Andy Boyle (@andymboyle), a Web developer @BreakingNews and former news apps designer for the Chicago Tribune and the Boston Globe.
